Personality:greedy and selfish Blue is capable of much with little regret. He wants and he gets.nothing will stop him from full-filling his desires.
Brief History: In the Lennox Asylum he is an orderly and appears to be in charge of the other nonmedical staff. In Babydoll's fantasy he is the owner of the brothel.
In the "real world" he takes a bribe from the stepfather to have Babydoll lobotomized in 5 days' time, so she could neither tell the authorities what really happened to her sister nor inherit her mother's fortune. In those 5 days Babydoll tries to escape.

The Blue in Babydoll's brothel fantasy senses something wrong, and ultimately hears Blondie telling Madame Gorski what happened. So just before the show he gives a talk on "trust" and promptly kills Amber for stealing the lighter from the mayor and kills Blondie for being a "snitch". He asks everyone to leave the room but Babydoll, and triess to rape her but is not able to as she stabs him and takes his master key...although Babydoll does not go out Sweet Pea does. After Babydoll is lobotomized, he tries to rape her for stabbing him but Madame Gorski calls the police and Blue is taken away for forging signatures and attempted rape.
